a) Konstverket levereras fraktfritt inom Sverige. Den packas säkert och försäkras av oss fram till din dörr. Du kan även hämta din målning i ateljén i Billdal.
Vill man ha verket levererad utomlands så kontakta Galleriet via kontaktformuläret då den kostnaden dels beror på leveransdestinationen och verkets storlek.
b) Vi vill att du ska vara helt nöjd med din konstinvestering. Vid köp tillämpas 14 dagars lagstadgad ångerrätt vilket räknas från den dag du tar emot konstverket. För att en retur ska godkännas gäller följande:
1: Köparen ska alltid kontakta Galleriet innan retur påbörjas.
2: Verket ska packas och returneras i sin originalförpackning eller likvärdigt professionellt skyddsmaterial, försäkras och transporteras som konstfrakt.
3: Konstverket måste nå Galleriet i sitt oanvända originalskick utan några skador på duk, struktur, bladguld eller ram. Vid skador sker ersättningsavdrag. Köparen står för ev. nytt emballagematerial och returkostnad.
Internationell frakt och tull:
För beställningar utanför EU (t.ex. till USA) debiteras inte svensk moms. Observera att köparen ansvarar för eventuella lokala importtullar, skatter eller tullavgifter som kan tas ut av tullmyndigheten i mottagarlandet vid ankomst.

a) The painting is shipped free of charge within Sweden. We pack it securely and insure it. You can also pick up your painting at the studio in Billdal.
If you would like the artwork delivered abroad, please contact the Gallery using the contact form, as the cost depends on both the delivery destination and the size of the artwork.
b) Delivery time varies depending on distance, the shipping carrier, and the artist's processing time. If the artist ships the artwork shortly after the purchase is completed, you can expect delivery within 1–2 weeks.
c) You will either receive a tracking number from the artist once the artwork has been shipped, or be in direct contact with the artist, who will inform you of the artwork's location, delivery method, and timing.
d) We want you to be entirely satisfied with your art investment. A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to all purchases, calculated from the day you receive the artwork. For a return to be approved the follwoing conditions must be met:
- Contact the Gallery
- The piece must be packed and returned in its original packaging, or equivalent professional protective material, fully insured and transported via specialized art shipping.
- The artwork must reach the Gallery in its
- pristine, unused original condition
with no damage to the canvas, texture, gold leaf, or frame.
The buyer is responsible for any potential new packaging materials as well as all return shipping costs.
The buyer must always contact the Gallery before initiating a return.
If you purchased your artwork directly through Konst.se, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Contact the artist to exercise your right of cancellation and agree on how the artwork should be returned. Once the artwork has been returned to the artist and the piece is , you will receive a refund within 14 days. There is no charge for cancelling your purchase. If the artwork has already been delivered, you as the buyer are responsible for the costs of shipping, packaging, insurance, etc.
International Shipping & Customs: For orders outside the EU (such as the US), Swedish VAT (moms) is not applied. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be charged by your country's customs authority upon arrival.
